HSE Engineer

This is a key role in driving a positive safety culture and change at the Wolverhampton facility whilst ensuring compliance with HSE legislation and ISO standards.

Reporting to the QHSE Manager, you will work within a small team taking responsibility for all HSE activities at the facility.

In this role you will have a range of responsibilities, from managing the legal register, identifying hazards and risks, issuing and managing permits to work, accident investigation, developing and delivering HSE toolbox talks, and maintaining the plant & equipment register.

This role would suit a proactive candidate who is motivated in problem solving and driving solutions forwards. You must be a team player with the ability to be able to influence and communicate with stakeholders effectively at all levels within the business.

Experience Requirements:

• Experience within a similar manufacturing environment
• NEBOSH certificate or equivalent
