Location: Bristol but happy to consider candidates across the Uk | Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (Competitive, based on experience)
Contract: Permanent | Full-Time | Hybrid Working

What You’ll Be Doing:
As an HR Advisor, you’ll provide essential support to managers and employees while ensuring compliance with employment law and HR best practices. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Employee Relations: Advising on disciplinary, grievance, and absence procedures, resolving HR issues, and conducting investigations.
- Policy and Compliance: Ensuring policies are up-to-date with employment law and maintaining accurate, confidential employee records.
- Performance Management: Supporting managers in performance reviews and coordinating training programs.
- HR Administration: Handling HR queries, managing HR communications, and producing reports.
- HR Projects: Driving initiatives to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
What We’re Looking For::
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders and trade unions.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Problem-solving expertise, conflict management skills, and a knack for achieving positive outcomes.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A commitment to personal and professional growth.
