About the Role - We are seeking a proactive and commercially astute HR Business Partner to join our UK team and help drive positive change across the organisation. In this pivotal role, you will provide decisive and operational HR support to business units across the UK region, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees alike. A natural aptitude for building strong, collaborative relationships is essential, as you will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to support our people strategy and business goals.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers and leaders to shape and deliver the people strategy.
  • Use data and insights to identify workforce priorities and address future organisational needs.
  • Advise on people practices including organisational restructures, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Lead employee relations matters, including disciplinary and termination processes, ensuring compliance with legal and internal policies.
  • Prepare and submit monthly HR reports for all regional sites.
  • Build effective relationships across the business and influence key stakeholders.
  • Act as a local point of contact and expertise for HR-related initiatives led by specialist teams.
  • Challenge and support colleagues to resolve root causes of business and people-related issues.
  • Coach leaders and provide feedback to enhance individual and organisational performance.


Qualifications

  • CIPD qualified with demonstrable experience in a multi-site HR role.
