sportscotland is the national agency for sport in Scotland, helping the people of Scotland get the most from the sporting system.

LHH is delighted to be supporting sportscotland as they seek an HR Project Manager to lead and oversee the operational implementation of the sportscotland strategic workforce review and associated projects / workstreams.

The HR Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and completion, ensuring that the deliverables from the workforce review are met on time, within scope, and, where appropriate, budget.

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in managing HR-related projects, restructuring, and organisational change within the private and public sector. You will be able to demonstrate your experience of leading and managing complex projects from initiation to completion. With your technical understanding of project management and excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills, you will drive this project through effective collaboration with key stakeholders and partners.
