ABOUT THE ROLE


This role is part of the Client Services Team and concentrates specifically on the implementation of new clients and the technical and build requirements needed to support existing client growth. The team has been designed and structured to help us streamline the processes and continuously improve speed to market whilst still delivering the existing pipeline. We need to work to stringent clearly defined implementation task timelines which will flow through to a well organised department and efficient internal relationships with the teams we depend on.


The Implementation team is fundamental to enabling the successful integration of our clients into the CTM technology, culture and experience.


This is a great position for somebody who is known as ‘great at understanding the technical and thinking outside the box’ and is interested in working in a specialised function within the business.


You will be solution focused and know that ‘customer service’ and ‘attention to detail’ is where your passion lies. You will have a diverse client base so this role will give you the ability to use your excellent communication skills in an area of the business that can clearly report on your productivity and service.

The key is ensuring that this knowledge is shared with other team members across all departments to ensure clients are implemented effectively onto technology that works as expected. Teamwork and attention to detail is key is this role!


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE


• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to adapt communication style depending on audience knowledge levels.

• Ability to prioritize and multitask.

• Ability to make decisions autonomously.

• Proficient with Microsoft Programs in particular PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint.

• Demonstrate ability to effectively problem solve under pressure.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate with a diverse client base in a professional manner at all times.

• Excellent prioritization and time management skills.

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.

• A working knowledge of a GDS system, preferably Sabre.

• A working knowledge of OBT’s and preferably experience with implementing for clients.

• Ability to adopt a ’help desk’ approach to the role. Your success will be centrally monitored in regards to volume and satisfaction of those supported.

• Understand the interdependence of our products/systems and how they interrelate e.g. integration of profile system and finance systems.
