Excellent new opportunity with a real estate business that is focused on the affordable housing sector.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Counsel, this role will be predominantly focused on transactional real estate work, including the acquisition, disposal and financing of a range of properties.

Qualifications

• Our client is interested in talking to real estate lawyers with at least 3 years’ PQE
• Commercial/residential real estate experience in the context of sales, purchases and financing is essential
• Ideally, your experience will include specific exposure to the affordable housing sector (e.g. s.106 agreements, golden brick transactions, turn-key projects, etc.)
• Prior in-house experience would be advantageous, but isn't essential

Central London (City-based); hybrid working (4 days per week in the office)
