Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and grow your inbound sales pipeline
- Respond promptly to enquiries from prospective clients
- Qualify leads and pitch Houst's services via calls and emails
- Maintain a high conversion rate from initial contact to signed agreement
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in inbound sales, ideally in a startup or SaaS environment
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
- Naturally competitive and results-driven
- Prior experience in sales or a client-facing role (required)
- Familiarity with Close (CRM) is a plus
- Comfortable working from our London office 3x a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
- Willingness to work occasional Saturday mornings (as part of a team rota)

Salary: £26,000- £28,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission
