Our client is seeking a motivated Senior and Junior Associate to join their growing Employee Incentives Group. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified lawyer with exposure to employee incentives, looking to develop expertise in private company share plans, transactional work, and employee tax advisory issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with private company employee share plan work (EMI, growth share plans).
- Support corporate transactions, including due diligence and transaction documentation.
- Work on cash bonus arrangements and corporate governance for clients, including regulated financial institutions.
- Advise on employment taxes, including PAYE, NIC, and IR35 issues.
Ideal Candidate:
- NQ-8PQE
- Qualified in England & Wales
- Exposure to employee incentives
- Strong academics
