The role
You’ll be a key driver of the Incremental Change Project for FY26, the main go between the business and technical teams, delivering business activity to ensure the project stays on track. You’ll ensure the governance and integrity of People data, driving consistency and alignment across the function in order to proactively develop source data to provide high quality insights.
What will make you successful in the role?
You’ll have proven experience delivering process and systems change within a HR or shared services environment, including active involvement in project lifecycle phases such as analysis, UAT, training and post-implementation support. You’ll have advanced Excel skills for large data set manipulation, reporting, and validation. You’ll have a strong understanding of SAP HR or similar ERP systems, with experience liaising with IT and product teams on system incidents, updates, and release management. You’ll also have demonstrable capability in data governance and data quality improvement, including awareness of HR data security and compliance requirements. You’ll have experience in process mapping, design, and continuous improvement methodologies to drive service efficiency. You’ll also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders across varying levels of seniority.
