This role is ideal for a forward-thinking leader who combines deep industrial domain knowledge with technical excellence in data, AI, and automation. You will shape and lead high-impact transformation projects for clients across sectors such as manufacturing (aerospace, defence, automotive, life sciences, and FMCG) —driving operational efficiency, business agility, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Industrial AI Transformations: Shape and deliver end-to-end AI and data strategies across digital engineering and manufacturing environments.
- Assess Data Maturity: Conduct capability assessments and develop bespoke roadmaps that align data maturity with strategic outcomes and Industry 4.0 imperatives.
- Advise at Executive Level: Provide guidance to senior stakeholders on leveraging AI to enable smarter operations and embed a data-first culture.
- Drive Innovation and Growth: Develop go-to-market strategies, thought leadership, and new service offerings to meet evolving industry demands.
- Scale Technical Delivery: Architect robust AI/ML solutions using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), integrating platforms such as Palantir, Cognite, or C3 AI.
- Enable Organisational Excellence: Design data-centric teams and governance structures to support sustainable AI adoption.
- Advance IIoT Integration: Lead initiatives that harness Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) technologies to connect devices, automate processes, and unlock real-time data insights across operations.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience leading data and AI initiatives in industrial or engineering domains.
- Deep understanding of the data value chain, cloud data architectures, and AI/ML technologies.
- Strong capability in managing stakeholders, from technical teams to the C-suite.
- Commercial acumen with experience supporting sales efforts and responding to RFPs.
- Experience designing and embedding organisational models for AI and data at scale.
