Your Contribution To Prysmian's Success
We are looking for a Area Sales Manager to join our team! You’ll report to the Industrial & Construction Commercial Manager this key role has broad hands-on responsibility for developing and driving UK sales of Prysmian Industrial & Construction products through electrical wholesalers into the electrical market, which includes Contractors and Specifiers. You will be based from home in North England area but will be required to travel extensively in order to cover this part of the country effectively. Travel is typically spanning across North East, North West and North Wales.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Responsible for a group of accounts, you will be responsible for growing business within these accounts.
- Build and develop lasting and influential relationships
- Creative, innovative thinker with the commercial instincts to develop and implement dynamic sales strategies through effective, targeted channel management
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs and address concerns.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for account growth.
You Are The Right Fit If You Have/are
- Hold excellent and highly persuasive interpersonal skills
- A high degree of numeracy is essential
- Proven successful track record of key account management.
- Ability to be a team player with a high level of self-motivation is vital.
- Ideally educated to degree level
- Proven sales experience in a technical oriented environment, open on industry background.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
- A valid full UK driving licence is essential.
