Industrial & Operational Excellence Director (Role based in Athens, GR)

Our client, a leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company is currently searching for an Industrial & Operational Excellence Director to be based in Athens

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across all operational functions with the goal of reducing costs, optimizing processes, and improving overall performance
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, including automation, standardization, and data-driven decision-making
• Facilitate and support the implementation of change initiatives, ensuring that employees are engaged and aligned with the new processes

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in an FMCG environment, particularly in a manufacturing context
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in engineering; advanced degrees are a plus
• Fluency in Greek is preferred but not essential
