Our Integrated Marketing and Communications team are responsible for delivering key campaign and project work for the Audit, Tax and Consulting service lines and to support going to market through key industry offerings.
RSM is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to grow our Healthcare and Life Sciences Industry Group. The group covers sectors including Private Healthcare, NHS, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices and Biotech.
You will be responsible for developing, delivering and monitoring strategic marketing and business development activity for the industry group and the sectors within. Taking a national view, you will be a key part of the industries marketing team, working with our industry development team, heads of sectors and other key staff and partners to ensure the firm effectively positions its industry expertise, adds value to clients and acquires quality new business and clients.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Advising on, developing and delivering the industry marketing strategy – determining the most effective and efficient way of engaging with our audiences, and ensuring a focus on our priority areas of growth
- Leading on and being the face of all industry driven marketing activity
- Developing and managing the industry marketing budget
- Managing industry third party relationships, exploring new and maximising existing partnerships to position the industry appropriately as well as monitoring ROI
- Actively networking within the industry and building internal and external networks for the benefit of the industry group
- Developing and maintaining marketing materials to support business development, such as up to date sector information, testimonials and credentials and act as central point for collating innovative ideas and driving best practice
