Infrastructure Team Lead - Azure, Powershell, IAC
Key Responsibilities
Pay: £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year + 15% bonus
Additional Pay
- Salary up to £70,000 + bonus scheme up to 15%
- Central Bristol - 3 days in the office per week, rest from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 3rd line support for the organisation's infrastructure estate, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues related to servers, networks, and cloud services,
- Support Azure-based infrastructure, including IaaS and PaaS, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Oversee identity and access management within Azure AD, ensuring secure sign-in processes for all users.
- Actively participate in infrastructure projects involving cloud technologies, security, and networking.
- Collaborate in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
- Background in IT Support roles up to 3rd line level in an ITIL-driven environment.
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure experience.
- Proficient in using PowerShell for scripting and automation within Microsoft 365
- Understanding of the benefits of IAC tools such as Terraform, for infrastructure management and deployment.
- Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting WAN/LAN infrastructure.
- Experience with VMware.
- Familiarity with Zscaler for network security.
- An interest or experience in security and cybersecurity within a DevOps environment.
