Role Overview

We are looking for a results driven and proactive Inside Sales Executive to join the newly established Inside Sales team at Landmark Systems Ltd. In this role, you will receive qualified inbound leads from the Lead Engagement Specialist and proactively generate new business through outbound prospecting. You will take ownership of advancing these opportunities through the sales process, nurturing relationships, clearly demonstrating product value, and converting leads into sales via phone, email, and video communication.

 

You’ll work closely with the Field Sales team to ensure a seamless handover of more complex or on-site opportunities, driving revenue growth and directly contributing to our sales targets and overall business success.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle pre-qualified inbound leads generated via website, marketing campaigns, events and referrals.
  • Conduct proactive outbound outreach via phone and email to generate new opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and consultative sales pitches tailored to customer needs.
  • Close sales and onboard customers, maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a daily cadence of outreach activity and follow-up activities to drive engagement and results.
  • Maintain organised records of interactions, follow-ups, objections, and outcomes related to both leads and opportunities.
  • Engage in regular sales training and product knowledge sessions to stay current on offerings and industry trends.

 

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within B2B software, technology, or agricultural/rural solutions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using a CRM systems.
  • Proven experience in outbound prospecting in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure, with ability to quickly grasp and explain complex technical products or solutions.


Desirable:

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Background in the SaaS or software sales
  • Understanding of the agricultural or rural sector
