Description

We are looking for experienced Inside Technical Sales person to join Castell part of Sentric Safety Group.


The Inside Technical Sales is responsible for understanding customer application and requirements, safety needs and proposing appropriate solutions.


Key to the role is taking ownership of the sales pipeline by chasing and closing down open opportunities and quotes raised. Additionally, supporting pro-active outbound and reactive marketing initiatives and campaigns. This role also implies close and frequent discussions within the team and especially the Business Development Managers or Key Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Product Support: Deliver first-line technical assistance for our products.
  • Internal Support: Assist internal and external colleagues across all levels.
  • Workload Management: Prioritize tasks to maximize the impact of special products.
  • Pipeline Management: Follow up on and close open sales opportunities and quotes.
  • Sales Development: Collaborate on marketing campaigns to develop opportunities in key sectors.
  • Product Development: Contribute innovative ideas for new products and services.
  • Quoting: Create accurate, solution-based quotations to drive sales.
  • Collaboration: Work with production, engineering, and customer service to ensure feasibility and timelines.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Optimize the quoting process for speed and quality.
  • Relationship Building: Nurture strong relationships with customers to grow our base.
  • Time Management: Plan and prioritize activities effectively.


Qualification requirements:


  • Preferred: MS Office, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics proficiency
  • Essential (min qualification) : GCSE or equivalent
  • Experience of working in a manufacturing / industrial and customer based environment


Initial interviews will be conducted via video call with onsite interviews to follow.
