Insights Manager

Job Type: Full-Time, 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Are you a researcher passionate about sustainability and innovation? E.ON Next is looking for an experienced Researcher to join our team and support our journey towards becoming a sustainability leader. In this role, you'll identify business-critical questions, manage external research partners, and deliver actionable insights that shape key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage primary research with external agencies, using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
• Utilize internal tools (Chattermill, Tableau, Brandwatch) to support go-to-market strategies.
• Analyse and combine data from internal and external sources to drive business insights.
• Present research findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to a data-driven culture.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in research/insight roles (agency experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative market research methods.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and present complex data.
• Experience in energy or start-up sectors is a plus.
