Key responsibilities:
- Reporting to two partners and working with two directors, you will manage cases of various sizes and complexity which will include Administrations, CVLs, MVLs, CVAs and Bankruptcies.
- Managing case delivery incorporating pre and post appointment tasks, case progression, statutory compliance, asset realisations, investigations, through to closure. Maintaining an effective diary system in this respect.
- Complete all statutory tasks and formalities in accordance with set deadlines.
- Produce and oversee high-quality reports and letters.
- Review directors’ disqualification reports prepared by team members and assist with more complex CDDA returns.
- Managerial responsibility, providing leadership, direction and guidance to staff on a portfolio of cases.
- Manage and appraise the team engendering a positive attitude to work and professional development and developing staff to maximise their potential.
- Setting goals and targets for staff and ensuring they are achieved, also review progress of their cases on a regular basis.
- Be aware of technical developments and be able to recognise their impact on the work we undertake and our client base.
- Partake in and support marketing and business development initiatives with relevant technical commentary and content.
- Managing, coaching, and delegating work to Trainees, Administrators, Senior Administrator and Assistant Managers.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience with an Insolvency Department
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPI Qualified would be advantageous
