We’re looking for a Insurance Claims Specialist to join us in Bradford.

We are looking for a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or someone with proven litigation experience to join our Insurance Department on a permanent basis. Defendant experience is ideal however, not essential.

You will be responsible for running your own portfolio of matters using a case management system and have access to some of the latest technology to help you in day to day activities.

You will be supported by a Team Manager and Senior Manager to ensure you have all the tools to succeed.

What will you be doing?

• Work to achieve individual, team targets and relevant KPI’s;
• Self-motivated, comfortable with working autonomously as well as working across multiple teams;
• Strong litigation skills with an eye for detail;
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills;
• Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts;
• The ability to be focussed on the highest standards of implementation and delivery;
• Updating our instructing clients on case progression and outcomes;
• Ability to multitask and to work calmly and quickly under pressure with high energy levels and work ethic;
• An ability to adopt a commercial perspective to legal issues;
• Identifying and managing legal risk and escalating clearly and precisely to Management where appropriate.
  
  

We Tend To Look For People With

• Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or someone with proven experience in litigation and RTA is essential;
• Defendant RTA claims handling experience is desirable;
• OIC/MOJ portal experience is beneficial.
