Job Opportunity: Integration Tech Lead - Oracle Integration Cloud

We are seeking an experienced Integration Tech Lead to join an exciting project involving Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Integration Architecture skills and experience in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the Integration team, ensuring alignment with project goals and technical standards.
• Collaborate with the Data Migration Lead to align integration and data migration strategies.
• Review and approve integration designs, ensuring consistency and compliance with organisational standards.
• Address technical issues and escalate as needed, working with senior architects to find solutions.
• Document architectural decisions and exceptions on the relevant platforms.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with key systems (e.g., CRM, SIMS).

• Strong experience as an Integration Architect with expertise in complex application architectures.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical language to various stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills in an Agile delivery environment.
