Credera are looking for an Agency Channel Account Director to create new partnerships and nurture existing relationships across agencies within our parent company.
The Account Director position is accountable for revenue originated via our partnerships with intercompany agencies, covering both Consulting and Digital service offerings in the UK. This will be suited to someone with a consultative approach, who is comfortable working within the data & tech arenas of marketing. The role will focus on building new and growing existing relationships with senior agency stakeholders and client leads, to listen and understand what challenges are being faced by their clients in achieving their marketing outcomes, and identify which are the right offerings of Credera UK to, in partnership with their agency, unlock extraordinary results.
This is an important role within the business, responsible for identifying and managing new opportunities from current clients of our agency siblings, both articulating Credera’s existing propositions to wider business stakeholders and proposing them to the decision makers at the clients they are already serving.
This is a permanent role within our Growth function, collaborating closely with the Omnicom Channel Lead. We consider flexible ways of working, that allow the best outcomes for our people and clients. Working harmoniously with our agencies and their clients is key to successful outcomes, and so regular travel, to our Bankside offices, is a core requirement of the role.
This role will include interacting with Public Sector, Financial Services & Consumer sector clients, positioning technology capabilities most adjacent to marketing agencies, such as MarTech transformation (with the requisite change management), Marketing Operational Models, Salesforce, Adobe and AI.

We are seeking individuals who have a strong background in marketing driven by technology, familiarity with agency culture through working for long periods for or directly with agencies, and can demonstrate a track record in securing new logo clients and/or generating revenue growth. Evidence of developing clients into major accounts would be beneficial.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the shaping of the a channel with huge growth potential within Credera. You will identify new opportunities via relationships from across your existing, or newly built, personal Omnicom agency network, working with agency partners to research organisations’ martech transformation plans and identifying opportunities through a variety of channels. Working collaboratively with the Portfolio, Financial Services & Public Sector sales leads, you will support the development of the Omnicom Channel go to market strategy and execution of sales campaigns, pursuit plans and attendance at relevant events where you will present and demonstrate thought leadership across the range of services we have to offer.
