We are seeking a commercial leader with a proven track record of driving transformation and demonstrable experience in:

• Private Equity environments, ideally having transitioned a recently acquired family-owned business.
• Strategic commercial leadership at a senior level, encompassing pricing, negotiations, and project execution.
• Developing and implementing commercial transformation initiatives, working closely with finance, operations, and marketing.
• Deep expertise within the FMCG and Grocery sectors, with a strong understanding of independent retail (including world food and ethnic retail channels) and cash & carry models.
• The ability to lead, mentor, and empower teams to achieve ambitious goals.
