Interim Director of Group Finance - JR54725

Our high growth specialist US manufacturing client are looking to hire an Interim Director of Group Finance as soon as possible for a 3-6 month interim period, reporting into the CFO. The expectation is that the assignment will be delivered in a hybrid working pattern, with a combination of remote working and at least 1-2 days per week in their central London head office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for oversight of financial reporting, both internal and external
• Ensure efficiency of all financial operations, including ongoing automation journey
• Drive financial controls agenda, with support of the team
• Lead relationships with external parties, in relation to the external audit

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Accountant of graduate calibre
• Strong knowledge of USGAAP and IFRS reporting
• Effective and proven leader of sizeable finance teams
• Proven influencing skills and ability to operate in a heavily matrixed environment
