What You'll Be Doing:
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and online
- Proactively reach out to existing and lapsed accounts to promote products and generate new opportunities
- Identify and maximise upselling and cross-selling potential across the product range
- Maintain accurate sales records and use the CRM to track activity
- Collaborate with field sales, warehouse, and purchasing teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Work to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally in a B2B setting
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident and persuasive approach to selling
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage your own time and pipeline
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment
- Industry experience in signage, print or distribution is helpful, but not essential
