Please note this role will be office based for two days per week therefore you must be able to communte to our office based in Kings Hill, West Malling.
Purpose
To assist with current monthly audits including revenue, agency nursing and payroll. To follow the yearly audit plan to ensure all Cygnet facilities are tested and any risks are highlighted in a timely manner. The successful applicant will need to collect and organise data as well as report on findings.
Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Monthly uplifts audit – ensuring the correct uplift has been applied to service user’s daily bed fees, following April contract agreements.
- Special nursing audits – comparing hours recorded and billed against observation logs and funding.
- Admissions audit – making sure service users are admitted with the correct funding paperwork and rate information.
- Agency staff audit – to ensure to shifts charged have been worked and approved and all procedures adhered to.
- Payroll audit – testing multiple payrolls and other pay benefits are being paid correctly.
- Improving the current processes and controls in place throughout the business.
