We’re looking for an
Internal Communications Manager to join our Corporate Marketing team based in London.

Your work will be crucial in ensuring that our internal messages are consistent, aligned with our company's values, and effectively delivered across all internal communication channels.
The Internal Communications Manager is responsible for reviewing the current staff newsletters and other internal collateral to define the best suitable strategy going forward and to ensure all content is gathered across all of our hospitals. This role requires an excellent communicator, who can deliver key messages effectively ensuring consistent, clear, and compelling communication across the organisation.

What You’ll Do
Strategy development:
- Review current staff newsletters and communications that are created and distributed
- Collaborate with senior leaders and hospital CEOs to create communication plans that support key business objectives and initiatives
- Develop a staff communications plan for our hospitals that delivers relevant, consistent and effective key messages
- Ensure content is gathered and distributed through effective staff communications
- Create a content process that enables content sharing on various platforms across the organisation
Content Creation And Management
- Write, edit, and proofread various types of internal communications
- Produce, edit, and distribute high-quality internal communications, including eNewsletters and emails
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and relevant communication to all employees
- Ensure all internal communications are consistent in tone, style, and messaging
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and hospital CEOs to ensure effective, relevant and engaging communications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Culture, Communications, Engagement, HR, Marketing, Social Media and Operations to ensure alignment and consistency in internal messaging.
- Act as a liaison between employees and senior management, gathering feedback and facilitating two-way communication.
Reporting And Analytics
- Track and analyse the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives through metrics and employee feedback.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on the impact of communication strategies.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years prior experience in internal communications in large, diverse organisations, preferably with a focus on corporate communications.
- Healthcare experience is an asset.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- A relevant degree or writing qualification.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Proficiency in content management tools, digital and printed newsletter creations
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
