Your new role:

We’re seeking an ambitious and creative Internal Communications Executive to take full ownership of our internal communications and help us connect, inspire, and engage our 600+ UK employees across all functions.

This is more than a comms role. It’s your opportunity to:

• Lead our internal communications strategy and execution – no red tape, just your chance to make it yours.
• Collaborate closely with HR to bring our employee engagement activities to life.
• Champion our Employer Value Proposition alongside our recruitment team, helping us attract and retain top talent.
• Support our marketing team with impactful internal campaigns that align with our brand voice and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and deliver engaging, consistent and on-brand internal communications
• Ensure continuous improvement to help drive internal communications and engagement forwards
• Teamwork – working with HR, Customer Communications and other teams across the business to ensure clarity and alignment of messaging and tone
• Project work – opportunity to assist and contribute in projects within the wider marketing team

What you’ll need to succeed:

• A solid grounding in internal communications, employee engagement, or employer branding.
• Strong writing skills, creative thinking, and the confidence to shape and lead initiatives.
• A natural collaborator who builds strong relationships across all levels and functions.
• Passion for people and a flair for delivering messages that land with impact.

This is a full-time, permanent position. Core hours of work are 8:45am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, however, flexibility will be required for this role. The role is being offered with hybrid option meaning you would be site-based Monday and Tuesday and a further third day of your choice, with 2 days from home.
