Internal Communications Specialist

The Internal Communications and Engagement specialist will support the strategy, planning, and execution of internal communications, employee events, and engagement programmes. This role is crucial in bringing the business, client, and people strategy to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the internal comms and employee engagement agenda.
• Create content for various internal comms channels and draft communications for senior leadership.
• Manage major internal events such as office updates, cohort sessions, and Townhalls.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior internal leaders and stakeholders.
• Highlight impactful work and activities across offices.
• Translate global internal comms priorities into local initiatives.
• Develop strategies for major 'moments' throughout the year that unite the business.

Additional Responsibilities

• Curate an annual calendar of communications and engagement opportunities.
• Execute employee engagement initiatives, coordinating with the operations team.
• Review and manage internal comms channels for consistency and clarity.
• Track and analyse KPIs related to internal communication and engagement.

Skills and Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adjust communication to different situations and audiences.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple streams and stakeholder groups.
• Effective influence and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Internal Communications experience in a large, fast-paced global organisation.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills, with experience in storytelling through various mediums.
• Demonstrated success in both operational and strategic roles.
