Key Responsibilities
- Manage Multiple Vacancies
- Best Practice Promotion: Ensure adherence to best practices such as interviewing standards and proactively contribute to successful recruitment campaign
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Hiring Managers and other stakeholders to fully understand hiring needs, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process
- Proactive Sourcing: Work across multiple disciplines to promote Binnies and attract top talent, utilising LinkedIn, networking, direct sourcing, and employee referrals to build a pipeline of future candidates.
- Talent Acquisition: Establish and maintain talent pools for current and future roles, developing strong relationships with candidates.
- KPI Achievement: Drive recruitment performance, ensuring all KPIs and recruitment targets are met, and contribute to the overall recruitment strategy
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in stakeholder management, interviewing, and problem-solving within the recruitment space, particularly in the engineering sector (Desirable as other sectors will be considered
- Talent Acquisition Expertise: A track record in recruitment, with a proven ability to proactively source and evaluate candidates effective
- Employment Law Knowledge: Understanding of recruitment-related employment law and compliance requirements
- Proven Relationship Building: Ability to develop strong, lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers across various discipline
