That’s why we’re looking for a dedicated professional to be the primary point of contact for our Service Parts customers. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and effective communication between our customers and Elliott Group’s Aftermarket Operations.
As the voice of Elliott to our valued customers, you will provide timely and courteous support in all areas of aftermarket service. Your responsibilities will range from issuing parts quotations and managing essential databases to identifying and pricing parts, resolving issues, and maintaining customer accounts.
Beyond the day-to-day tasks, you’ll proactively build strong customer relationships, positioning Elliott Group as the preferred partner for their service parts needs. Whether it’s delivering quick solutions to routine inquiries or responding to urgent and critical challenges, your focus will be on creating a seamless and positive experience for every customer.
Network and Interfaces:
The job requires regular contact with external customers, many being international. It also requires regular contact with all functional areas within the Elliott Group, including but not limited to: Accounting, Order Processing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Engineering. Requires close contact with colleagues in the Sales Department.
The person who holds this role is primarily an individual contributor. This position requires the ability to elicit teamwork and cooperation from persons who are not direct reports, but who are critical to the completion of a task or project.
Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
The principal activity of this position will be to communicate with the customers, receive and process the customers quotes, deal with/refer technical enquiries. There is a significant part of data entry required for this role within the Companies ERP system (Oracle). Report order data, analysis and provide solutions to problems, follow, administer and/or implement new Elliott procedures and policies. It is the responsibility of the incumbent to function effectively as part of a team being directed by the Internal Sales Team Leader.

Work Schedule
Hybrid - minimum 3 days work from office, 2 days from home.
Tuesdays mandatory work from the Office.
Mon-Thurs - 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
