We have an opportunity for an International Marketing and Insurance Relations Manager to join their team of staff.
This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week.
Applicants Should Meet The Following Criteria
- Experience working with management teams in a commercial environment, including development and execution of the plans to improve commercial performance
- Experience working with iPMI
- Experience in marketing
- Excellent interpersonal relationships, ability to influence at all levels of the organisation, and challenge key stakeholders yet maintain strong working relationships
- Strong understanding of financial/pricing modelling
- Strong background in complex contract negotiation
- Ability to quickly analyse complex and ambiguous situations and data, identify key issues and solutions, and make tough, timely decisions
- Strong project management and process improvement skills
- Strong presentation skills to support both the development and delivery of presentations and workshops at all levels of the organisation and with external parties.
- Understanding of delivery in a complex matrix environment, managing multiple priorities, stakeholders and sites.
- Operational delivery track record, motivated to implement/deliver on time to quality standards and build new efficient processes
- Solid technology skills, including computerised financial systems and Microsoft Office
- Highly energetic and driven to succeed
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector is preferred, however previous experience in product development and pricing in another industry would be well-regarded
Duties Of This Role Include
- To plan, develop and execute the International PMI commercial strategy for CHG with key customers, maximising margin, identifying business development opportunities and delivering market leading Account Management.
- To support the International Director in business development decisions based on a robust negotiation strategy, risk analysis and commercial judgement.
- To play a key role in the management of the relationships that exist between Circle Health Group and our customers, influencing the direction of those relationships and identifying areas for business development.
- To develop, manage and support strong long-term relationships with our key customers, such as international private health insurers (IPMI’s)
- To assist in the development of innovative product proposals that will be of mutual benefit to CHG hospitals and to the IPMI’s
- To support and respond to IPMI tendering activity
- To support all contract negotiations with IPMI’s and assume primary responsibility for contract negotiations with a number of smaller IPMI’s
- Manage query resolution with IPMI’s and hospitals in relation to funder agreements
- Develop and help execute a comprehensive marketing plan that includes product launches and sales enablement material targeting the international patients, expatriates and their insurers
- Develop, implement, and measure online and offline marketing plans (including social media) which maximise business opportunities for the Circle Health Group
- Plan, develop and deliver new campaigns to raise awareness of our treatment and services to the international patients, expatriate and their insurers
