You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that works across various regions and teams.

Our team values strong relationship management skills and the ability to work collaboratively to find solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

  • Work with Sales and Service Management and GPS international pre-sales teams to understand current and future customer demand.
  • Own and manage market analysis, inputting into tenders, and requests for information/quotation/pricing (RFx) to establish competitive processes for partner selection and pricing/cost agreements.
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with partners and potential partners.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with standards, policies, certifications, and other requirements.

What you'll need

  • Significant experience in partner/supplier management, ideally on a global scale within the IT services industry.
  • Strong procurement management skills in managing analysis, RFx, and tender processes.
  • Commercial skills and experience in managing pricing negotiations.
  • Contractual skills and knowledge in managing legal contracts, due diligence, and global legislation.
  • Relationship management skills to engage and negotiate with senior partner stakeholders as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in an international business role, with an appreciation for cultural differences and awareness of commercial principles of operating global service delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
  • English language proficiency to at least B1 level.
  • Highly adaptable and flexible.
  • Ability to operate in environments with a high level of ambiguity.
  • Self-starter with high levels of resilience and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
