The role
Working from the UK but with regular visits (perhaps 3 per year) to Australia and other target countries, this role is all about driving forward and influencing international sales through building the right clinical and business relationships, proactive management and coordination of tenders, supporting and influencing distributors and identifying sales opportunities through networking. This is a hands-on ‘player/manager’ role to lead a small team. Demonstrating success by doing the sales role yourself is absolutely key.
You
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and structured in their approach. You’ll have experience of selling healthcare products (preferably consumables) in international markets and an understanding of how distributor relationships work. Significantly, the right person for this role will have verifiable international sales success under their belt, but above all energy, hunger and a ‘can do’ attitude.
