About the Role:

In this role, you will work closely with our global Customer Success Managers, to provide support in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our valued clients. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of Customer Success while contributing to the growth of our global commodity market analysis and business intelligence firm.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the global Customer Success Managers, to assist in client interactions and account management.
  • Provide support to our regional and global teams.
  • Assist in supporting a diverse client base, including interactions with clients at various organizational levels.
  • Familiarize yourself with our subscription-based business model and gain exposure to the commodity industry.
  • Participate in the establishment of business processes to contribute to our commercial success.
  • Engage in continuous learning to expand your knowledge of Customer Success, business intelligence, and commodity markets.
  • Assist in organizing and completing tasks to ensure efficient customer support.
  • Utilize IT skills, including MS Office, Salesforce/CRM systems, and customer service helpdesk ticketing systems.


Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree at university level.


Required Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic business environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Willingness to adapt to changing business requirements.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Commercial awareness with a proactive focus on business process setup.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn about Customer Success, business intelligence, and commodity markets.
