Investment Associate – Direct Investments

Hanover Search has been exclusively mandated by our client, a Dubai-based family office, is seeking a talented professional to play a pivotal role in evaluating and selecting high-performing fund managers across infrastructure and alternative investments.

**Please note we are looking for individuals to relocate to Dubai for this role**

Role Details:

• Identify and assess fund managers specialising in real assets, conducting deep-dive due diligence to drive smart investment decisions.
• Stay ahead of global trends, regulatory shifts, and market dynamics, ensuring our investments are aligned with the best opportunities.
• Monitor fund performance, optimise allocations, and manage risk exposure to maximise returns.
• Build strong relationships with leading fund managers, institutional investors, and key decision-makers.
• Ensure all investments meet regulatory standards and best practices, preparing reports for audit and compliance purposes.

Key Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). CFA, ACCA, or CAIA are required.
• 5+ years in real assets, fund manager selection, or alternative investments. Strong analytical skills and financial modeling expertise.
• Deep understanding of real estate, infrastructure, and alternative investment strategies. Fluency in English is essential.
