Investment Banking Associate

Pearse Partners is working with a top US boutique IB, looking to expand their Healthcare team with multiple hires at the analyst & associate levels. The team have strong deal flow and are looking to expand to provide support to deal teams. The ideal candidate will have minimum 1+ years M&A deal experience from another IB.

Key responsibilities:

• Execution of transactions (M&A) across the healthcare sector
• Involved in all deal aspects, from origination to completion, including drafting IM's, preparing pitch presentations, modelling and supporting senior management throughout the M&A process
• Providing support to senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships

Ideal Background:

• Minimum 1+ years working in an Investment Banking environment
• M&A full deal lifecycle experience
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
• Excellent verbal and written communication
