Investment Director – Growth Buyout Fund, London

THE SEARCH:

Altus Partners is delighted to be working with a leading growth buyout fund that will invest across the UK and Europe, targeting investments of up to £150m across the Business Services, Tech – Enabled services and software space.

As part of a collegiate team you’ll be able to hit the ground running, originating and leading on deal execution, with past experience in the sectors they operate in and a network in place will be crucial. The fund is targeting a new fund raise in H1 of 2025 and had a track record of promoting Directors to Partner.

​THE ROLE:

• Origination on new investment opportunities throughout the UK and Europe
• Leading of deal execution
• Monitor and evaluate performance of portfolio
• Understand, articulate and develop investment strategy

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Significant Private Equity deal experience, having originated and lead deals
• Experience in the Business Services, Tech – Enabled services and software space
• You’ll have the ability to manage junior team members and different stakeholders, with maturity and confidence
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
