Known for its strong international platform and depth in alternative investment structures, the team works with leading asset managers and institutional clients across fund formation, structuring, and ongoing operations. This is a strong opportunity for a senior funds lawyer to step into a key role with clear scope for progression.

The Role

You will advise on the full lifecycle of investment funds, including structuring, formation, and regulatory matters. The practice covers both onshore and offshore funds, and includes a balance of private and listed fund work across open and closed-ended structures. You’ll have the opportunity to lead on transactions, manage client relationships, and collaborate with tax and regulatory teams on cross-border matters. The role also includes mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to internal know-how and broader practice initiatives.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with solid experience in investment funds
• Experience at a top-tier law firm, ideally with cross-border exposure
• Strong technical understanding of fund structures and key regulatory issues
• Excellent drafting and client-handling skills
• Commercial awareness and a collaborative mindset
