Investment Manager, Consumer Private Equity & Portfolio Management, London

A UK based family office is seeking to hire a consumer investment professional, who will be responsible for sector investments across the UK, Ireland and Western Europe. This is a great opportunity to lead on consumer investments, with a strong emphasis on the food sector

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive origination and execution of consumer-focused investments across the region
• Take ownership across the full investment lifecycle: from deal sourcing and diligence to execution and portfolio management
• Work closely with founders and senior management teams to support growth and value creation
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the consumer portfolio, with a particular lens on food-related businesses

We are looking for candidates with:

• Must have Investment or Corporate Development / M&A experience gained within a private equity fund, family office, or relevant corporate environment
• Strong finance and analytical background with direct exposure to consumer and food services sector deals in the UK
• A track record of working in operating roles or in close partnership with management teams and entrepreneurs
• End-to-end, hands-on experience of the investment process
