Our client, a global fund administrator is looking for an experienced Investment Operations Analyst to join one of their clients. The successful candidate will demonstrate prior experience within a busy investment operations team, assisting with processes, tracking capital, managing fund transactions and stakeholder management.

Description

The responsibilities of the Investment Operations Analyst role include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting on services for stakeholders throughout the business.
• Assisting Investment Operations team with full product life cycle, transactions and capital market pipelines.
• Tracking communications, capital, updates and information; sharing internally and with stakeholders.
• Strict document management.
• Streamlining data capture and processes via clients platforms.
• Assisting with transaction structuring and funding logistics.

Skills

The skills of the Investment Operations Analyst role include, but are not limited to:

• Similar experience in a fund administrator.
• 3-8 years’ work experience in private markets or capital markets operations.
• Ability to thrive and adapt to ever changing working dynamics.
• Proactive and highly organised, with a detail oriented mind.
• Ability to work efficiently and thoroughly, providing outstanding communication at all times.
• Strong communicator.
