Investor Relations Associate – Infrastructure Private Markets
Location: London
We are working with a leading global investment manager to hire an Investor Relations Associate into their growing London team. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to step into a dynamic and high-performing platform with a global footprint and multi-strategy infrastructure mandate.
The Role:
As part of the Investor Relations Project Management team, you will play a key role in supporting global fundraising activities across strategies. You’ll gain exposure to senior stakeholders including founder from the outset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support fundraising efforts through creation and coordination of marketing and due diligence materials.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely responses to investor queries and DDQs.
- Contribute to the launch of new strategies through market research, competitor analysis, and marketing development.
- Assist with investor onboarding and manage CRM data and reporting portals.
- Help plan and execute investor events including AGMs, LPACs, and other conferences.
- Conduct investor and market analysis to support strategic fundraising efforts.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in Placement Agent, Private Funds Group or Private Markets Investor Relations. The ideal candidate will need to hit the ground running so applications outside these two specialisms will not be considered at this time.
- Strong academic background in finance, business, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented, analytical mindset.
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, collaborative approach.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and CRM systems.
