About The Role
As a Lead Test Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing testing processes, resources, and plans for development and releases within IT projects and Product Families. You will be required to create and implement Test Strategies that ensure NWLs testing processes verify that a product or system meets its quality objectives and is reliable and performant.
Reporting into our Service Management & QA Manager, in this role, you will be responsible for proactively managing risk across testing activities to ensure project testing success and quality outcomes. This involves identifying risks early in the testing process, assessing their impact on timelines and deliverables, and agreeing and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
You will excel at building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that their perspectives are considered in decision-making processes. Your strong communication skills will enable you to convey complex technical concepts clearly, fostering trust and alignment as you provide updates on test progress, align on strategic objectives, and ensure transparency around testing activities and outcomes.
Collaboration is key, and you will work alongside both internal teams and third-party partners to build a culture which supports a proactive approach to testing across NWL and lays the foundations to deliver test automation.
About You
Are you a highly skilled and experienced testing professional?
Do you have expertise in managing testing processes and have a proven track record of creating and implementing effective Test Strategies?
Do you excel at identifying risks early in the testing process, assessing their impact on timelines and deliverables, and implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success and quality outcomes?
Do you have adaptability allows you to seamlessly transition from overseeing testing processes and managing resources to diving into the details of test case creation and execution?
Do you have experience in directing, leading, and motivating test resources to deliver successful projects working alongside development and implementation teams from both the UK and abroad?
