- Define and implement best practices, methodologies, and frameworks for business analysis.
- Manage workload distribution, performance reviews, and professional development.
Business Analysis & Strategy
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify and document business needs.
- Analyse processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend IT-driven improvements.
- Define and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation.
- Support IT strategy by aligning business goals with technological solutions.

Project & Change Management
- Support project teams in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Oversee change management processes to ensure smooth transitions for IT implementations.
- Work closely with project managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.

About You
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst Manager or a similar leadership role.
- Strong expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
- Experience managing and mentoring teams of business analysts.
- Knowledge of IT systems, software development life cycles (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive business-IT alignment.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
- Experience with business intelligence tools, process automation, and ERP/CRM systems.
