About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst Manager to lead our business analysis team, bridging the gap between technology and business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage a team, liaise with stakeholders, and drive IT solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of business analysts and requirements coordinators, ensuring effective collaboration and development.
  • Define and implement best practices, methodologies, and frameworks for business analysis.
  • Manage workload distribution, performance reviews, and professional development.

Business Analysis & Strategy

  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify and document business needs.
  • Analyse processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend IT-driven improvements.
  • Define and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation.
  • Support IT strategy by aligning business goals with technological solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Act as a key liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed, and project goals are clearly defined.

Project & Change Management

  • Support project teams in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
  • Oversee change management processes to ensure smooth transitions for IT implementations.
  • Work closely with project managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.

About You

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst Manager or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement.
  • Experience managing and mentoring teams of business analysts.
  • Knowledge of IT systems, software development life cycles (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive business-IT alignment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools, process automation, and ERP/CRM systems.
