Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you’ll be a key member of the compliance and operations team and play a critical role in developing and delivering on the overarching IT and business operations strategy.
How you will contribute
IT Infrastructure & Business Operations Management
- Oversee the maintenance, administration, and improvement of our IT systems, networks, and hardware. Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and up-to-date.
- Manage and optimise business operations workflows, ensuring efficient processes that support both internal teams and client needs.
Technical Support
- Manage and provide technical support for internal staff, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Cyber and Data Security
- Design and implement robust security protocols to avert risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations, safeguarding data and customer information.
Project Management
- Lead IT and business operations projects, including system upgrades, process improvement initiatives, and software implementations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Security and Compliance
- Implement, audit, and enforce IT and operational security protocols to protect sensitive data, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Vendor & Partner Management
- Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and key operational partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring service levels meet company and regulatory needs.
Budgeting and Resource Planning
- Develop and manage the IT and operations budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and optimal resource allocation.
Experience
About you
- Ideally, a minimum of 3 years in IT and operations management, with a strong background in managing IT systems, infrastructure, and business operations processes.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is a plus.
Technical & Operational Expertise
- Proficiency in network administration and IT support for both remote and on-site employees.
- Experience with cloud technologies and IT project management is preferred.
- Strong operational acumen and a track record of streamlining business processes.
Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of resolving complex IT and operational issues effectively.
Communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and operational information to non-technical stakeholders.
