Position Title : Network (Datacenter/Enterprise) Practice Head - Europe
Company & Location : Switzerland / Germany / UK - Europe
Job Description –
- Candidate with extensive experience in Network Practice – IT infrastructure (Datacenter, Distribution and Edge Networks of an enterprise) domain with a deep experience in EU region for Transformation & Managed Services solutions.
- Candidate should possess all necessary skills around enterprise data/voice network & data security related understanding.
- The candidate must be able to effectively lead a global team of Network professionals across geographies to provide techno-commercial solutions/proposals and contribute with innovations, best practices leading to business growth.
- The candidate must have the ability to articulate & confidently present with experience of Inception, evaluation, comparison with Enterprise Network Technology concepts & business value proposition.
- The candidate should be able to work in a multifaceted work culture and should have managed complex technical integrations and work with the partner ecosystem (local and international)
Primary Skills
- Business Growth : Establish growth of practice for revenue & size
- Technology : Prepare competitive “Enterprise Network Solutions” covering all aspects of data/voice technologies, Integration with other IT infrastructure, related AIOps/GenAI tools architecture/products & related security solutions. Necessary financial & competitive knowledge for “Network as a service”
- Solutions : Present & defend these solutions with a winning value proposition
- Integration with other practices : Work with alliances and other practice teams for an integrated solutions to meet customer’s objective.
- Team Mgmt : Support/Lead the Network solutions team for both – Transformation as well as Managed Services.
- Emerging technologies : Enhance techno-commercial Network Solution Offerings of SDLAN, SDWAN, Wireless/Wi-fi with innovation including 5G, AI (network for AI workloads and AIOps Solutions around IT Infra workloads), etc.
- Global Ecosystem Leverage : Create visibility & awareness of practice within CIS and wider ecosystem
- Alliance Relations : Collaborate with Alliance and partners boosting innovation & growth.
- Analyst Relations : Maintain high degree of relations with analysts of key research organizations.
- Technical Support Enablement : Extend necessary technical support to Network Transformation projects as necessary
- Escalation Management : Extend necessary technical support to escalations of Managed Services / Operations

- Proficiency in enterprise solutions with a deep understanding of interdependent in-house network & related technologies, workflow based sub-services & natural ability to integrate entities as part of M&A activities.
2 Proven practice management skills, driving results within internal and external business units, focusing on business readiness and practice growth in the region
3 Deep understanding of AI, GenAI or Agentic AI related solutions and related network management & automation
4 Experience in chaos engineering to enhance underlying processes, information security gaps and perform internal audits and MIS reporting.
Technology : Prepare competitive “Enterprise Network Solutions” covering all aspects of data/voice technologies, Integration with other IT infrastructure, related AIOps/GenAI tools architecture/products & related security solutions. Necessary financial & competitive knowledge for “Network as a service” Adeptness in IoT VAPT, Zero Trust Security, and orchestration, ensuring robust controls for the interconnected IoT landscape.
6 Fair understanding of core domain stack viz., Identity (LDAP, Entra), AD Federation, DNS, remote access (Zscaler, Checkpoint, Citrix, CAC) & authentication knowledge
7 Operate autonomously with extensive requisition analysis, RCA on incidents, change management process, capacity management to effectively scale as business demands.

Qualifications –
- Engineering or equivalent degree IT

- Proven Experience in Solutions & Sales of IT Infrastructure - Network Technologies in EU Geography
Languages and cultural flexibility –
- Proficiency, knowledge and familiarity of working and managing globally diverse teams
