Description
Title: IT Project Manager - Windows 11
Day Rate: £550 - 600pd (Outside IR35)
Duration: 6 Months
Based: Hybrid/London - 2 days per week
Required Experience:
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple enterprise-wide Windows 11 upgrade programmes from initiation to post-implementation.
- Strong understanding of Windows 11 architecture, including compatibility assessment, application readiness, and integration with M365 and Microsoft security tools.
- Hands-on experience coordinating technical delivery across desktop engineering, EUC, infrastructure, and cyber security teams.
- Proficient with device management and deployment tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot.
- Excellent project governance skills - able to lead RAID management, risk mitigation, stakeholder updates, and programme reporting.
- Confident operating in highly regulated environments, with knowledge of compliance, data protection, and change control processes common in FS and insurance sectors.
- Essential: Prior experience delivering Windows 11 migration projects within financial services or insurance environments
