IT Support and Digital Marketing Assistant

We’re looking for a capable and versatile IT Support & Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience supporting IT systems and infrastructure, who also has an interest in digital marketing.

You’ll be supporting our internal IT operations, ensuring systems are secure and running smoothly, while also assisting in the execution of our digital marketing strategies. If you’re confident managing Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and network troubleshooting—and you know your way around SEO tools and CMS platforms—this could be the perfect fit.

🖥 IT Support & Systems Administration

• Provide day-to-day support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage users, devices, and permissions via Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory.
• Maintain and monitor internal systems, servers, and network equipment.
• Implement security measures, assist with audits, and ensure compliance with IT policies.
• Support backup and disaster recovery operations.
• Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and IT processes.

🌐 Digital Marketing Support

• Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns and content creation.
• Update and manage the company website (e.g., WordPress), ensuring SEO best practices.
• Contribute to social media planning, scheduling, and engagement.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite.
• Support online advertising efforts (Google Ads, PPC, LinkedIn Campaigns).
  

✅ Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT support experience in a professional environment

✅ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and Windows environments

✅ Familiarity with basic networking and security principles

✅ Understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and analytics platforms

✅ Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

✅ Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently or with a team

• Experience with PowerShell, Intune, or basic automation/scripting
• Exposure to PPC campaigns or keyword research
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express)
