To be successful in this position, you will have/be;
- Provide IT support to end-users on various technical issues
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Support active directory account
- Cloud and Microsoft 365 support
- Install and configure computer systems, software and applications
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Monitor network performance and security
- Assist in IT projects and upgrades
- Maintain documentation of IT procedures and inventory
Skills And Experience Required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, VPN, TCP/IP, Cloud and Microsoft 365
- Experience in IT support and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Office applications
- Ability to analyse and resolve technical issues promptly
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach
- ‘Can do’ attitude and willingness to learn
