To be successful in this position, you will have/be;

• Provide IT support to end-users on various technical issues
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
• Support active directory account
• Cloud and Microsoft 365 support
• Install and configure computer systems, software and applications
• Manage user accounts and permissions
• Monitor network performance and security
• Assist in IT projects and upgrades
• Maintain documentation of IT procedures and inventory
  
  

Skills And Experience Required

• Proficiency in Active Directory, VPN, TCP/IP, Cloud and Microsoft 365
• Experience in IT support and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Office applications
• Ability to analyse and resolve technical issues promptly
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach
• ‘Can do’ attitude and willingness to learn
