IT Test Manager

As a Test Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products by overseeing all aspects of testing – from strategy and planning to execution and reporting. You’ll lead testing teams, build robust test frameworks, and align testing efforts with key project goals to meet business needs effectively. With a strong focus on innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement, you’ll be instrumental in transforming how we test.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Crafting and enforcing best-in-class testing policies, plans and strategies tailored to our evolving project landscape.
• Leading and mentoring talented testing professionals, nurturing skill development and team motivation.
• Driving collaboration with stakeholders to define testable requirements and robust acceptance criteria.
• Overseeing execution, defect management, reporting, and automation across multiple projects.
• Designing the test architecture and managing tools to ensure efficiency and scalability.
• Championing the shift from manual to automated testing with clear change management and communication strategies.

Your Experience

• Proven experience in Test Management within complex IT environments.
• Expertise in testing tools, automation frameworks and scripting languages.
• Experience designing and implementing test strategies from the ground up.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira and Xray is a bonus.
• A degree in a relevant field OR 5+ years of hands-on Test Management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of test management and automation systems.
