Job Description:
- Participate in client projects in the transaction banking and payment fields, utilizing banking-related knowledge and expertise to support smooth project execution.
- Provide support or lead in product development, process management, and regulatory compliance.
- Support the formulation of business measures, negotiate with related departments, and support business tasks for release.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), document administrative procedures, and coordinate stakeholders (including meeting management).
- Identify potential risks and oversights, and support efficient project progress.
- 2-3 years of experience in the transaction banking or payment field, knowledge of operational processes, or implementation.
- Advanced level of Japanese and business English (including meeting management and minute-taking with native speakers in both languages, and document creation).
- Ability to work autonomously within a team, provide targeted support, and thoroughly complete assigned tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to client needs.
- Experience in conducting market research and skills in creating and explaining issue papers.
